Adam Lander - Managing Director

Before founding Goldcrest, my career began on the management team at Waitrose for the John Lewis Partnership. It was during this time that I discovered a passion for understanding business operations at a deeper level, which led me to complete their industry-leading management training program. This role gave me the opportunity to navigate diverse and challenging situations, fostering skills such as decisiveness, confidence, and compassion.

I have always been committed to treating people fairly and with respect—values that I’ve instilled throughout Goldcrest. My background in people management, combined with completing various specialized courses in the cleaning industry, has equipped me to lead Goldcrest with expertise and care. I am incredibly proud of the team we’ve built and the exceptional service we provide to our customers every day.

Haylie Kew – Operations Manager

Haylie , started working in customer service for 10 years, gaining her NVQ Customer service  level 3. Haylie then took this into the cleaning industry  for a further 15 years where she has worked in all areas of  domestic and commercial cleaning  . Starting from a little Saturday cleaning job on the side to running her own cleaning business and managing a team in Surrey.  After re locating to Chichester, Haylie dived into property management  for private landlords and Agents.

Haylie is very much a people person who  loves to build new working relationships, keeping positives vibes throughout the company. Haylie’s keen eye for detail and excellent organisation skills, keeps standards at a high. In her spare time, she runs a small livery yard where she loves to ride and care for her Horses.

Ben Lander – Office Manager

Ben has shown a keen interest in business from a young age, completing a BTEC in business at Secondary School. He then went on to complete a two-year Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business at Havant and South Downs College, which he passed with a distinction! There he gathered a range of knowledge and skills which has made him a valuable member of the team here at Goldcrest.

Ben is a local lad and has been based in Portsmouth all his life and is a dedicated season ticket holder to Portsmouth Football Club. We welcomed Ben to Goldcrest as an apprentice in July 2021, and we have been delighted with his progress and willingness to learn and we are excited to see what the future holds.
