The regular assignment includes cleaning all touchpoints throughout the building, thoroughly dusting all skirting and fittings, cleaning internal windows, and completing a thorough hoover and mop throughout, ensuring that the tenants feel safe and comfortable within their home.
As part of this cleaning contract, we also undertake general maintenance of the communal garden areas. This involves a complete a general tidy of the garden areas, such as removing all weeds from pathways, sweeping all areas (including the kerbsides) and litter picking in affected areas.
